Two rounds of trapping were conducted since the last update. A total of 120 GWSS adults were caught on 123 traps in citrus groves and vineyards, 67 at the beginning of the month and another 53 last week. GWSS activity is now back down to where it normally is based on historic patterns, emphasizing how anomalously "delayed" last year was.
In both rounds of trapping 26 traps captured GWSS adults, with as many as 7 on a single trap. Overall, captures were fairly well spread throughout the area
